Things I've Been Seeing

Ella Claire Buxton

These pictures are of  Ella Claire. She is almost three and belongs to Andrew and Shawnna. This was not at all a photo shoot; just snaps I took of her during one of the days they were with us at Christmas.

  2. Hi, Sharon. I wish you could see her. She is a darling, sweet child–with quite a mind of her own, let me tell you. She loves–I means loves–books and being read to. Pappy reads to her by the hour–literally, and when he stops she says, “Again.”

She talks very well. When they arrived at our place on Christmas, she came into the kitchen and asked me, “Why you do that?” She asks that question frequently.

Love you. Wish we could be together.

PS. Ella’s hair is naturally curly.

  4. Thank you, Nomin. Yes, she is my 12th grandchild. I also have 8 great-grandchildren. I’m not just sure how it happened, but they’re all gorgeous! Am I not blessed to have so many grandchildren. I have 4 children–all really wonderful people. Two of my sons are preachers, my other son has his own dry-wall business, and my only daughter is an exceptionally good mom, and the best daughter anyone could have.

Excuse all this bragging. I’m just so thankful for all of them.

How about you? Children? How many?

    Blessings to you and yours.
