Fire on a Spring Evening (Day 136/365)

It’s cold. So cold that above 6500 feet it snowed a couple of nights ago. We’re at 5000 feet here in Crestline and I wouldn’t be surprised if it starts snowing here. The temperature was 35 degrees when I first was up this morning–dripping back down toward freezing here this evening.

But we have mounds of wood, and beautiful flames in our fireplace. We’re snug.
