Things I've Been Seeing

Orange: Of Light and Glass and Peppers

At the 99 cent store I bought a big bag of orange bell peppers. Why? Well, ultimately to eat them, but to tell the truth because they were so beautiful. One of the treasures in my home is my collection of carnival glass, such as this piece shown here. The peppers look beautiful in this orange bowl . . . and then the little ornament/place card holder was setting close by . . .

. . . and my camera was near . . .

. . . and the stems were so green . . .

. . . and the light through the window was so glorious . . .

  3. Mimi, they are so beautiful . . . but in a couple of days we will start eating them. Probably make stuffed bell peppers! Delicious.
